What Makes a Fabric “Premium”?

For B2B projects, “premium” should mean more than a luxurious appearance. Buyers should evaluate the fabric by its fiber composition, flame retardant performance, width, weight, dimensional stability, surface quality, color consistency, and applicable test report. A premium fabric should be selected according to the finished product and project specification rather than appearance alone.

Wide-Width Fabric for Event and Interior Projects

Wide-width fabrics are especially useful for event backdrops, exhibition decoration, curtains, large decorative panels, and upholstery projects because fewer seams are required across large surfaces. BEGOODTEX Premium Fabric includes constructions up to 300–320 cm wide, providing more flexibility for large-format textile installations.

Where Is Premium Flame Retardant Fabric Used?

Premium flame retardant fabrics can be selected for table linens and event décor, exhibition backgrounds, commercial interiors, furniture upholstery, decorative panels, and selected transport or aviation interior applications. The best fabric should be chosen according to the required drape, strength, width, weight, appearance, and fire standard.

What Flame Retardant Standards Can Premium Fabric Meet?

Depending on the selected product, BEGOODTEX Premium Fabric can support standards including NFPA 701, CA Title 19, CAN/ULC-S109-14, EN 13501-1, EN 13773 Class 1, JIS L 1091, GOST R 50810-95, IMO FTPC Part 7, and UNI 9177. For aviation-specific products, selected fabrics are also available with FAR 25.853 compliance. The required standard and corresponding test report should always be confirmed for the exact fabric and final application.
